Domaine Tawse and Maison Marchand-Tawse
Pascal Marchand arrived in Burgundy in 1983 and went solo in 2006, having established his reputation at top domaines such as Bruno Clair and Comte Armand. In partnership with fellow Canadian Murray Tawse, they now combine an expanding range of domaine-owned vineyards with their micro-negociant arm “Marchand-Tawse”. Many top terroirs are represented here, but sadly in tiny volumes. Production is down an average of 80% for Chardonnay and 50% for Pinot Noir.
