1999 Radikon Oslavje Riserva Collio Bianco

Winemaking - Harvested exclusively by hand in crates, September, early due to the very hot and arid climate. After racking, the wine rests in oak barrels of 25 - 35 hl, for about 36 months, during this period various decanting is carried out if necessary. The wine has total absence of any chemical preservative.

What it tastes like - A wine of intense yellow color with a persistent golden reflection with hints of ripe fruit and acacia honey. On the finish, hints of peach and ripe cherry are released.
