Winemaking - Hand harvested from the Coste de Montforte vineyard. De-stemmed and moved to stainless steel tank for fermentation with indigenous yeasts. 10 days maceration. 24 months ageing in French oak tonneaux. 1200 bottles made.

What it tastes like - Quite deep coloured, this has an intensely perfumed nose of cherry and woodsmoke. The palate is broad, rich and supple, with glorious bite on the finish.
