Winemaking - Hand harvested and de-stemmed. Moved to vat for 2 days cold maceration before fermentation with indigenous yeasts. 22 days maceration. 17 months ageing in used French oak tonneaux.
What it tastes like - Ruby coloured with garnet tints, the nose has luxurious dark cherry and raspberry fruit mixed with herbal notes. The palate is intense, with savoury fruit, earth notes and fine tannins.
