2018 Chablis 1er Cru `Vaucoupin`, Domaine Corinne Perchaud

Style - Dry, White, Medium bodied

Winemaking - The grapes were pressed immediately with no skin contact. The must was fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks between 19-22ºC. This was followed by six months on fine lees, during which malolactic fermentation took place. The wine was bottled after a gentle filtration.

Taste - The nose displays aromas of lemon balm layered with bright citrus fruit and pear. The palate is expressive and mouth-filling with saline notes and precise acidity which drives the energetic finish.
