Winemaking - Grown on the typical granitic slopes of Wineck-Schlossberg, one of the smallest and highest Grand Cru’s of Alsace, the grapes are harvested together and macerated on skins for 30 days for one half whilst the other half does direct press and is vinified as a white white.

Taste - This atypical Grand Cru is powerful, dense, deep yet perfectly balanced. Lemon curd, white peaches, Japanese citrus and lemongrass are cradled by a round and creamy mouthfeel.
