Winemaking - The grapes for this Alsace classic are selected from the best terroirs and harvested predominantly in mid-October. In the cellar, the completely destemmed berries are pressed and the must is fermented in a stainless steel tank. The Trimbach Gewürztraminer is then aged in a large wooden barrel and matured in the bottle for at least two more years after filling.

Taste - Finely balanced and very aromatic with notes of lychee, rose and ginger. This is dry and with classic restraint, while at the same time expressing beautifully the variety's exotic and spicy character.
