Winemaking:  5 day maceration on skins and then a gentle press into stainless. once fermentation began, 200kg of gently pressed Godello berries were added in Nacho's version of a doble pasta infusion. This is a mountain white wine. Completely unique and a testament to the winemaker (Nacho Gonzales) skill. The name 'Malas Uvas' or 'bad grapes' refers to the fact that Palomino and Dona Branca are technically not permitted under the Valdeorras DO. While usually there is a portion of Don Branca in this wine, the 2019 vintage is straight up Palomino
