Winemaking - 60% Xarel-lo and 40% Parellada from biodynamic, untilled vineyards in Penedes made completely naturally with no sulfur added. Baudili is simply wine made with great care. Hand harvested using small crates and gently pressed. Fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts for 6 months.  

What it tastes like - Fresh and clean with green apple, peach, grapefruit and wet rocks.This wine is the easiest natural white wine you will find at the moment!
