Style - White, Dry, Medium Bodied

Region - Itata Valley, Chile

Winemaking - Old Dry farmed vineyards in soft slopes of coastal mountains of Itata Valley. Ancestry viticulture, low intervention. 
Manual destemming (by “zaranda) softly crushed by hands. Cold maceration at 12°C, soft pressed and static and cold decantation. Selected and neutral yeast added, low SO2. Fermentation between 12 and 14°C. Static decantation and light filtered bottled. 

Taste - Pale yellow colour, typical Moscatel aroma, full of fruit and flowers over light honey notes. A sweet attack that evolves into crisp acidity and final bitterness.
