2021 Savigny-lès-Beaune, 1er Cru Clos des Guettes, Domaine A. F. Gros

This vineyard consistently produces small bunches of grapes and, although the production is never large, they did manage a relatively standard yield in 2021. Generously fruited, spicy and floral on the nose, but the finish is graceful and faithful to the terroir with chalky, supple tannins and creamy textures.
