Winemaking - Fermentation using cultured yeasts for 21 days with pumpovers and punchdowns every 2 days. Moved to a selection of new, second and third fill French oak barriques for 5 months before bottling.

What it tastes like - Dense red wine with a purplish hue, bright and fluid in the glass. Aromas of raspberries, blackberries and forest fruits, with notes of licorice and spices. Pleasantly meaty, fresh and slightly tannic on the palate. The finish explodes in aromas of red fruit preserves.
