Winemaking - Fermentation took place in temperature controlled, stainless steel tanks. The wine aged for 12 months, 50% in tank and 50% in oak barrels, giving the resulting wine a rich texture.

What it tastes like - The Brézème Côtes-du-Rhône Blanc has opulent aromas of ripe stone-fruit and ginger on the nose, with a lovely texture and lifted acidity on the palate.
