Winemaking - Hand harvested from a single vineyard, the grapes were de-stemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation took place for 15 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 17-18°C . After fermentation, the wine was matured in tank on its lees for 6 months.

What it tastes like - Fresh with a full nose of melon and white pepper hints. Rich on the palate with peach, apricot and spice notes. Rich textured it develops notes of nectarine and yellow plum on the long, crisp finish.
