Winemaking - Fermentation by indigenous yeasts at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, without sulphites. The wine is aged with a high CO2 content to maintain the aromatic brilliance. For this same reason, conditioning takes place very early in the season.

What it tastes like - A dark and expressive wine, with blackcurrant cream & violet. The palate is round and fresh, with a tight finish.
