2021 Chambolle-Musigny, Les Cras, Domaine Antonin Guyon

A 1.13-hectare parcel of villages Les Cras, which sits directly underneath the Premier Cru of the same name. 2021 is shaping up to be a beautiful vintage for Chambolle-Musigny, very much singing from the hymn sheet of ethereal, red-fruited and floral Pinot Noir. Guyon’s Les Cras has textbook floral notes and an airy, silky texture. This is very classy at this level, with berries and cherries to the fore, finely boned on the palate and chalky minerality on the finish.
