Winemaking - Grapes are pressed fermented using native yeasts in stainless steel barrels. They use CO2 throughout to keep the wine as fresh as possible. Unfined and unfilted with a small amount of CO2 left in the bottle for spritz.
What it tastes like - Chin Chin is a Vinho Verde that offers bright notes of pear & nectarine are balanced by its coastal salinity & slight spritz. Delicious, ethically made, great value wine.
