What it tastes like - Clementina Cossetti is the fourth generation to head up the winemaking at this family estate, along with sister Giulia & mother Maria Emma. Their low yielding vines are on average 30 years old, planted on sandy-marls, with iron & magnesium deposits, that give marked minerality to the wines. Dry & crisp, with fresh fruit & floral aromas.
