Donzoko and Braybrooke share a love of classic lager styles. This Vienna Lager was originally brewed by Reece and Braybrooke head brewer Mario on Braybrooke Farm. It was so good we decided to brew it again in Hartlepool Vienna malt and a small amount of caramel malt build a beautiful amber colour and bready character. Classic German hops impart a light bitterness and floral hop character. We adjusted pH with our lactic acid culture, fermented with Braybrooke’s house yeast and matured it cold for 30 days. The end result is a delicious lager with a slight malt sweetness, light enough to be enjoyed over and over again.
