Winemaking - This wine is certified with the Ecological Agriculture (CCPAE) stamp, and is also made according to biodynamic principles. The grape, harvested manually using ten kilogram boxes so as to avoid damaging the fruit, is grown in a vineyard situated in the small town of Sant Llorenç d'Hortons, in Alt Penedès. This vineyard is located at an average altitude of 235 metres.

What it tastes like - ale ruby, almost like a dark rosé, the ‘Fosc ‘(which means shadow) is savory and textural with tart red fruit and an exotic spice note anchored by chalky tannin and beautiful acidity. Chill it ever so slightly, and enjoy!
