Winemaking - Hand harvest, 50% of the grapes are macerated for 24h. All gently pressed and fermented spontaneously. No sulphite added, unfiltered, unfined.

What it tastes like - José Stronaut is finally back! Superb rosé wine with guava, pink grapefruit and little red berry aromas!
