Winemaking - The grapes are gently pressed into old french oak barriques, when fermentation occurs spontaneously with ambient yeasts.it is then matured for 10 months on its fine lees.

Taste - A sensual, aromatic blend of ginger, spice and rose water on the nose, with apple, pear and a curl of lemon peel on the palate.

ABV - 14%
