Style –Dry, Orange, Medium bodied 
Grapes – Gewurztraminer
Region – Moravia, Czech Republic

Winemaking - made from two types of clones harvested at different times. Skin contact fermentation from 2-4 weeks in big, 1,000-liter open plastic casks. After pressing, the wine is aged in tank on the lees for 3 months.

Biodynamically Farmed. Wild yeast fermented. No fining and filtration. Low Sulphites. Vegan. 

What it tastes like - Super perfumed with peony and dried curls of spiced orange peel. Acidity is bright for Gewurz and it is light and dry.
