Winemaking - The harvest is de-stemmed by hand and ferments on the skins for 5 months in inox. There the wines stay, under a light flor, until being pressed and then bottled unfiltered and without any added sulfites during the whole process.
What it tastes like - Beautifully textured, rich, viscous with notes of spice, cacao and orange alongside yellow citrus and apple fruit.
