So when you press blue grapes, you have white juice - then you let them "macerate" with the skins and the juice turns red - or pink, if you do it shorter, you get rosé ... So the Imposture is such a white wine from black grapes. Structured, straight and mineral. Quite wonderful with white meat or a firm fish, but also exciting to drink as is!
