Winemaking: Hand harvested from a south facing limestone plot in Andosilla, Rioja Baja. The vines are picked at full ripeness. Once in the winery the wine is macerated on the skins for 60 days and then cold fermented using natural yeast. This process extracts maximum fruit and reduces the green notes in Graciano. After fermentation in stainless steel the wine is aged in old 500L barrel for 12 months. No filtration or clarifyling is necessary. 'A wine without makeup'
