Winemaking - Fermented at 16-18C. Aged in tank on fine lees for 3 months prior to bottling. crushed and de-stemmed, the fruit is then macerated at 4C for 24 hours, before fermenation in stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts, with tepreatures kept below 16C. After fermentation, the wine was matured on the lees in tank for 6 months prior to bottling.

What it tastes like - Pale coloured with a nose of pears and citrus, backed by a hint of herbs and toast. The palate is medium bodied and crisp, with lively fresh fruits and a broad texture.
