Winemaking - No destemming, pumping over and aeration at the beginning of the alcoholic fermentation to extract flowers and fruits, pressing is soft, matured in oak barrels to soften everything up.

What it tastes like - A wine from Syrah grape with a purple color and medium body. Red and wild fruit on the nose, raspberries and red currant. On the palate it’s fine and fresh. Its fantastic acidity stands out. Very fine tannins. A young wine with a strong character.
