Winemaking - The Pinot Noir grapes were 100% destemmed and then macerated for 18 days with one daily pump over by hand. The wine was then fermented in one-year-old oak.

What it tastes like - The Marsannay ‘Clos du Roi’ has perfumed aromas of crunchy red fruits and violets. The palate is expressive with bright precise fruit and beautifully balanced with supple tannins and fresh acidity
