Nekeas Garnacha Blanco, Spain

The vines for this wine are grown on impossibly steep slopes in Navarra at relatively high altitude which gives them a beautiful vibrancy and freshness. On the nose there are notes of catnip and lime zest from the Viura with a hint of wet stones from unoaked Chardonnay. As the wine opens up you get white peach blossom, fresh pear and white melon.

This is a wine to let open in the glass and partner with a delicate white fish dish.
