Winemaking - Destemmed and fermented at 26C in stainless steel. Gently pressed and run off to tank for mlf and 6 months maturation.

Taste - An easy going and juicy wine with loads of red fruit, and a subtle spice character. The palate is dry, soft and fruity, with a refreshing finish.
