How it's made: This Cabernet Franc is made from exceptionally looked after vineyards in the foothills of the Haardt Mountains in central Pfalz. 12 months aged in Italian amphorae.
Tasting Note: The time in clay gave it a cracking tannic structure that takes this wine to a whole other level. Power & freshness combined with layers of fruit: blueberry, blackberry & cassis.
