Winemaking - The unique positioning of her estate means that vineyards benefit from the influence of the tramontana and the libeccio, winds from both mountain and sea. This allows her to cultivate vines with a noninterventionist approach that is firmly rooted in biodynamics. Fruit is crushed gently by foot and fermentations are initiated with native yeasts only. Vinification takes place in concrete tanks and a few of her wines undergo élevage in old French barriques.

What it tastes like - Kiss & Fly is not a classic Vermentino. Marta revisited this traditional grape variety, making a unique and extravagant wine.
