Winemaking - De-stemmed and crushed with alcoholic fermentation in steel tank at 24-26C lasting 10 days, with regular pumping over. Bottled after 3 months in tank, with sterile filtration.

What it tastes like - Aromas of dark plums, black cherries with hints of sweet toast and mocha. A well balanced and rounded wine with fresh acidity and soft tannins.
