Style – Dry, Orange, Full Bodied
Grapes – Malavar
Region – Madrid, Spain
Winemaking - Hand harvested. Whole bunches directly pressed with a manual press. Fermented in open, used American oak barrels by indigenous yeasts. No correction or adding was done. After 10 days, alcoholic fermentation was finished and it was racked to closed, used American oak barrels for 2 months. After malolactic fermentation, it was kept in a stainless steel deposit. Several rackings were carried out to remove impurities and solid residues by decantation. Bottled without filtering or stabilisation, so it is usual and normal, during bottle life, that some precipitations occur.
What it tastes like – Lucious salted caramel notes lean into a zesty freshness. Intense but gentle, rich yet biting, a great all rounder.
Dietary – Organic, Natural, Low Sulphur
ABV – 13.5%
