Richard Stavek Odmery 2016

Richard Stavek's Odmery is a blend of 85% Pinot Blanc and 15% Chardonnay. All coming from organically farmed vineyards, With just 1100 bottles produced, most of Richard Stavek's wines sell off really quickly.

All grapes are hand harvested, the grapes are foot stomped during fermentation just like in the olden days, giving some skin contact to the wine, but this old tradition of foot stomping releases gentle tannins in the wine, so for anyone looking to foray in to skin contact or also known as orange wines due to the colour they take on, Richard's wines are a great place to start with.

The wine has zero sulfur added and is unfiltered and unfined.
