Winemaking - This is a blend of barrels from different vintages of the estates Brunello that were not included in the final blend. All the wines were fermented in 50Hl open top fermenters before mlf and maturation in 20Hl oak botti. This release is a blend of 2016 and 2019 wines.

What it tastes like - Bright cherry fruit on the nose, with hints of baked strawberry and spices. Ripe and full on the palate with a pleasing mixture of freshness and ripeness.
