Symmetry Citrus Tonic Essence, 50cl

Symmetry Citrus Tonic Essence reflects the Cederberg mountains. Brewed from a selection of fresh citrus zests and Buchu giving its distinctive aroma. Buchu, part of the Fynbos Floral Kingdom, is traditionally used for digestive ailments. ‘We find it growing in the wild on the mid slopes of the Cape Mountains.’

Ingredients: lemon, grapefruit and lime peel; cinchona bark, buchu, ginger, lemongrass.

 Serve over ice with sparkling water, 1:3 ratio or more to taste.
