A light yellow wine made from the traditional Portuguese grape varieties Siria and Arinto, supplemented with a little Viognier. The wine is fermented at a low temperature. This fresh white wine is delicious as an aperitif or served with fruits de mer and grilled fish or a salad with goat cheese.
