Winemaking - Hand harvested. De-stemmed and lightly crushed. Pre-fermentation maceration for 2 days at 10C. Fermented with selected yeast at 26-28C. Macerated for 18 days. Aged 6 months prior to bottling.
What it tastes like - Deep coloured with flavours of dark berry fruits, hints of violet and a chocolate note. The tannins are quite supple and very ripe.
