Winemaking - Jonathan takes a hands-off approach in the cellar, using wild yeast fermentations, zero sulphur additions and gently transferring wines with gravity without the use of a pump.
What it tastes like - A bold and structured cru Beaujolais with aromas of cassis and woodsmoke. A densely packed nose of red fruits and full-bodied structure makes it a perfect accompaniment for a roast joint of beef.
