The Cinsaut comes from bushvines grown in clay & schist soils on the banks of the Berg River. Semi-carbonic maceration on skins for 5 days, pressed, naturally fermented and matured in those old oak barrels for 7 months. It's a delightful, lighter red wine with an enticingly vibrant red hue, juicy red berries jumping at you from all angles.
