Winemaking: To produce the Brézème Côtes-du-Rhône Blanc Domaine de Bréseyme, the harvest takes place early in the morning in order to preserve the freshness of the berries and the varieties are pressed together. Fermentation took place in temperature controlled, stainless steel tanks. The wine was aged for 12 months, 50% in tank and 50% in oak barrels, giving the resulting wine a rich texture.
