earthy touch. Fresh and saline with leesy richness, flavours of orange marmalade and a Sherry-like tang. Lovely texture and grip from skin contact. 

65% Viura, Garnacha Blanca, Malvasía, Palomino, and other experimental grapes.

The name Phincas draws inspiration from PHI, the Golden Ratio, symbolizing balance and harmony, and finca, the Spanish word for estate. Together, they reflect our philosophy: the pursuit of equilibrium between the land and the winemaking process.

As the flagship wines of our winery, available in both red and white, Phincas represents the essence of our biodynamic vineyards. The grapes are sourced from older, horse-plowed parcels, where deep roots and careful farming cultivate vines of profound character and expression.

These wines spend additional time in the winery to achieve their balance, maturing in oak and concrete to develop a rounded, seamless profile. By focusing on the care of the land and a thoughtful, low-intervention approach in the winery, Phincas allows the terroir to truly shine.
