Nicolas Potel is one of Burgundies most famous winemakers.


Known for offering the largest selection of Grand Cru. He takes the same care with the wines in the P&A range as he does with his top Burgundies. This is a wonderfully elegant, oak aged Chardonnay.

Vinification

Traditional - After the grapes are picked, they are
cooled to 18° C. Commercial yeast is added to start the alcoholic fermentation, which lasts around 3 weeks. Once the fermentation ends, the wines is racked before the malolactic fermentation. Once this is complete the wine is racked again to a stainless steel tank for 10 months before bottling
