Official Tasting Notes
Nose – Honeycomb, butterscotch and toffee sauce, with crystalised ginger, mocha and peaches.
Palate – Tropical fruits, heather honey and baking spices, followed by demerara sugar, coconut and marmalade, with citrus notes, caramel and ice cream on the finish.
