Through meticulous hand-zesting, they capture the vibrant oils that imbue our soda with its distinctive aroma and long lasting flavour. Additionally, a deeper cut of the lime harnesses the tannic taste from the pith (that spongy centre of amazingness), adding depth to the flavour profile and emulating “that bite”.
