Winemaking:

• 50% of production involves gently crushing bunches, with a maceration period of 4-5 days, followed by fermentation in plastic and fiberglass.
• The remaining 50% macerates with a mix of crushed and destemmed berries, layered with whole uncrushed berries for 14 days.
• The wine is then basket pressed before blending.
