A fun blended malt whisky from independent bottlers, the Thompson Bros. They selected whiskies from a range of distilleries which were finished in ex-Campervan Brewery casks over a period of 10 months. The two types of beer cask used were a fortified Australian Riesling cask that aged a mixed fermentation pale ale, and an imperial stout cask. They were then married together and diluted to 46.7%.

Staff Tasting Notes

Nose - Bright and fruity with shades of funk (overripe fruit) then marshmallows and white chocolate. Palate - Waxy texture with grapefruit, chewy barley and biscuits. Finish- Long and tangy, with grapefruit returning then shaved coconut and raspberry jam. A slightly mineral, coastal character after a while too.
