Cocchi Americano Rosa

Cocchi Americano Rosa is made from a base wine blend of Brachetto and Malvasia Nera, which is fortified and infused with a selection of botanicals including Gentian, Cinchona, Bitter Orange peel, Ginger and Rose petals. Once infused, the wine is rested for a year before bottling to marry.

 

It can be added to sparkling wine, as suggested by the producers, or used as a more delicate substitute for a red bitter liqueur such as Campari.
